NOGI PROGRAMME

Our NoGi Programme is for those who are primarily wanting to focus on the NoGi side of the art, we offer a more challenging advanced NoGi class for those with 1.5/2yrs experience , where we teach higher level techniques and complex sequences, allowing you to take your game to the next level. As well as 2 All levels NoGi classes per week. We also integrate more positional sparring and live rolling, enabling you to put your knowledge to practice.

This plan will also give you access to all the NoGi classes & Open Mats.
